Training and Development

We pride ourselves on the breadth and quality of training programs that we provide our team members. We've built state-of-the-art training centres in our key regions to ensure that our teams have the ongoing support and knowledge to continuously improve how they work.

We strive to get to know each and every one of our residents, in order to deliver a personal touch that sets their living experience apart. These initiatives benefit our residents, provide development opportunities for our teams and help to safeguard our environment through lower energy consumption, better water and waste management, and reduced GHG emissions.

Community Engagement

Through our history and association with the CLV Group, giving back to our communities has been part of our DNA from the beginning. Our annual involvement in the Mike McCann Charity Golf Tournament has helped raise over $8 million in support of various local charities in the markets in which we operate. We encourage our team members to participate in volunteering activities in all of our regions.
