Mike McGahan

Executive Board Chair, Member of Capital Resources Committee

Mr. McGahan is the President and CEO of CLV Group, which was the property manager for the REIT up to February 15, 2018. Mr. McGahan has over 25 years of experience in the real estate business focusing on the multi-residential apartment and commercial property sectors.

He has successfully purchased, sold, financed, and managed over 300 properties valued in excess of $4 Billion. A graduate of the University of Ottawa, Mr. McGahan is also a licensed real estate agent and mortgage broker for over 25 years.
