Catherine (“Cat”) assumed the pivotal role of Chief Talent Officer in June 2021, bringing her wealth of expertise amassed over a career that spans over 25 years.  Throughout her professional journey, Ms. Hébert has demonstrated her passion for driving organizational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous growth and her commitment to elevating the human capital agenda in diverse industries and roles on a global scale. Before joining InterRent, Ms. Hébert held roles such as VP, HR North America at Brookfield Renewable (2011- 2017), Chief People Officer at Cowater International (2018 – 2021) while creating her own Consulting company offering services in organisational transformation for start-ups and private companies and career transition coaching. 

Originally from Saguenay, Quebec Ms. Hébert, graduated from York University’s Glendon College with a Bilingual BA degree in Sociology, later completing her studies in Human Resources Management, Change Management, and Coaching.
