Debra was fantastic showcasing the apartment! Made sure to do a very thorough inspection! Place was clean and all information was communicated in a very quick and professional manner. I had last minute timings and she was always available.

Rent is too high everywhere, but the buildings managed by InterRent are fantastic. The mgmt team is quick to respond to any issues, and even after I moved out due to relocation for work, they have been super courteous and quick to respond to issues. Magdalena has been an absolute pleasure to work with whenever I had admin issues in regard to my rent and lease. Highly recommended, if I ever need an apartment in Trenton again, I'd go through IRent anyday.

Debra Salomon, Community Leasing Agent with interRent is excellent at what she does. She is very personable and knowledgeable. We expressed interest in interRent apartments available in Trenton, Ontario. Debra had appointments booked for us within a couple of days. She took us to her office and shared upcoming renovations by computer to one apartment, currently under construction. She physically took us through two other available apartments and I believe three buildings in total. She was able to answer all questions asked on the spot. What most impressed me was “Your Home Tour” cards she had completed in advance. These cards were filled out specific to the apartments we were interested in. They detailed by address, number of bedrooms, features, lease term, apartment rent, utilities included, any additional charges and any promo offered at time of showing. These cards were prepared for us and we left with them to review at our leisure. She made us feel very welcome. I was very impressed by her.

I've had the pleasure to meet Kim and Greg at the North Murray Location. They both have been a huge blessing for our complex. Kim, makes sure that everything is cleaned, in the summer she makes sure all the plants are watered, and in the winter she makes sure all the side walks are salted, and make sure all the salt buckets are filled. I can not say enough how hard Kim works to keep everything feeling very clean, and home welcoming each day she comes into work. Greg, he is very professional and gets the problem fixed right away, and if he can't fix it, he will call the correct people to come and fix it. Greg is a hard worker, and does the best that he can to keep all the tents happy. I can't say it enough how highly I respect these two people that make my living space feel like home, and a friendly environment each and every day. They come each day with a friendly smile and a positive attitude

Hello I would like to say that Kim is fantastic person I have known Kim for a long time now and has always been very kind and friendly and very helpful. I enjoy seeing her everyday and just saying hello. You will never have a better person working for you then Kim.
