After almost three months of living here, I can confidently say that moving to this place was a great decision for our family. Our unit was recently remodeled with an open-concept layout, and everything looks brand new. We’ve also enjoyed all the amenities (kids’ playground, gym, plenty of green space, etc.). Both the building and the surroundings are beautiful, clean, and full of nature. The view is fantastic! The move-in process was straightforward and easy to follow. During this period, we have experienced quick responses to any requests made to customer service and maintenance. I have always received prompt attention, whether by phone, email, or online through the resident portal. The administration seems to be very attentive and try their best to solve any issue promptly and respectfuly. With that said, I would like to give special thanks and acknowledge the outstanding work of our leasing agent, Kelsie Howard, from day one. She understood our needs and wishes, attending to every small detail with professionalism, making our experience pleasant and satisfying. She maintained constant communication and followed up even after the keys were handed over, ensuring our move-in experience went flawlessly. She was definitely supportive, patient, and friendly, addressing all our questions and giving us time to make our decisions. An amazing person to deal with!

Just moved here and so glad i did. The staff was so friendly and easy to work with. The property is beautiful Inside and out. Everything looks brand new. I love all the green space and the park for the kids.The dog run makes my life so easy.My unit is bright and open concept.The balcony is private and the neighbors were welcoming wen I moved in.
