Harmon was very helpful. She facilitated a video viewing of the apartment (I live outside London presently) and her answers to questions were informative. She was helpful in walking me through the application process as well.

I live at 500 Gordon and I have had the pleasure of knowing Jené for the 3+ years she’s been here she has one of the biggest and beautiful smiles, she’s always so pleasant and ready help. The floors always look so nice and clean as well. We are glad to have her here. Thank you Jené

Jene is absolutely amazing at keeping the common areas of our apartment building spotless. Always has a smile on her face and will take the time to ask me how my day is going and if there's anything I see that needs to be taken care of. She's a joy to cross paths with. Jené is the sweetest, most kind, approachable, friendly, outgoing, helpful, caring, hard working, informed member of staff I have had the pleasure of knowing. She always has a smile at the ready, and a solution/answer to any questions or problems. From the start, she has had a great rapport with the tenants, myself included. Easiest 5 star review ever. My husband and I just moved in to our unit and we are already very impressed with the quality of service we’ve received so far! Harmon has been extremely helpful in all regards, from first asking us what we were looking for in a home, to showing us the unit/s they thought best suited us, to completing our application and making sure our move in was smooth. Any concerns we have had so far have been addressed in a timely manner. We requested a small repair which was done immediately. So far Harmon has represented the company in a professional, transparent, and compassionate way that made us feel like they genuinely cared about us, and not just trying to rent the unit out as quickly as possible. We’re so happy with the unit we have rented and proud to be living at this location. I look forward to building a relationship with Harmon and all of the staff members here! Thank you so much!
