We found 236 West from the "Rentals for Newcomers" website. We interacted with Mr. Richard Waserman during this whole journey of leasing the apartment with them. We found him earnest, professional, and someone who had our best interests and needs in his mind. An absolute professional. This was a refreshing aspect for us as newcomers in Canada face a lot of difficulties in landing their first house even if they have the means and this can get frustrating. This is where I feel 236 West and Richard stand out. They can understand the paying capacity and intention to pay (the two key parameters for renting) of a prospective tenant even newcomers. I would recommend this place and Richard highly for all newcomers and others. My experience dealing with them has been nothing but professional and pleasant.

Have been having a wonderful experience with Richard and Ryan and the team at 236 Richmond road. The apartment is great to live in and I am so grateful for Richard for taking the time to find me an apartment that is such a great fit. The service and amenities make this place a top notch place to live.

Samantha, Richard, and the rest of the team at CLV were extremely helpful throughout the visitation, and rental process. Friendly, no pressure tactics and extremely informational throughout the process. They were very professional and helped from day 1, when inquiring about booking tours, through move-in day when they were a phone call or text away on a Saturday to make sure everything went smoothly. All daily staff and service members are extremely friendly and very helpful as well. Overall very positive experience after 1 month.
CLV property West 236 comes highly recommended from myself as a new resident.

Great experience with CLV Group. Everything was fast and easy. Samantha had a lot of grace and patience showing us repeatedly all the available units and always returned our calls within the hour. Tania was super efficient with the application process and payments. Jason, Asilica, Gladys made the moving process glide easily and effortless and Ryan fixed everything needed during the first week. A GREAT TEAM LED BY RICHARD!!!
