Richard is a complete professional on every level - first of all he had an excellent product and he masterfully walked us through the unit which was staged and cleaned to perfection- making it an easy choice. Richard does everything first class - in the way he treated us and talked to us - friendly and available for all we needed questions forms no detail was too small for him to guide and help He has a winning personality- it has been a joy to meet and work with him - i recommend you call him if you need help finding a unit - he will not disappoint

We started living in a unit in the building from September 1. Being new in Canada we were without much information regarding the neighborhoods and rental agreements. Through our search we found the contact number of i rent and got in touch with Richard. He guided us regarding the building and available unit. Also, he advised us regarding the approval and documentation. In terms of safety, accessibility and schools this place is top notch. Ryan looks after the building maintenance and is quite good in getting things done whenever needed.
