We had a great experience with "Autumn" at the "LIV" building. She was very responsive via email and text, always quick to answer our questions. She patiently showed us the unit and carefully checked our documents before we submitted the application. Even while she was on holiday break, she made the effort to submit our application so we could receive the final decision sooner. We really appreciated her dedication and support throughout the process! Thank you for your support Autumn!

I lived in this building for five years and had an amazing experience! The rooftop facilities are fantastic and a great perk of living here. The concierge service is truly outstanding – they are friendly, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond. Even years after moving out, I accidentally had a package delivered here, and the concierge team went out of their way to help me. Eli and Princess were incredibly kind and helpful – they attached a return label for me and dropped the package off at Canada Post, which saved me so much hassle. Their level of service is unmatched! Highly recommend this building for anyone looking for a beautiful place to live with exceptional amenities and staff.

The staff working at the building are always incredibly nice and helpful. Levis always has a smile on his face and is really pleasant to speak with whenever I see him! The building is located super close to the highway making it great to get in and out of the city while running errands! The rooftops events are a great way to enjoy the outdoors while sticking close to home as well.

Been a resident at LIV Ottawa for 2 years and i just want to use this opportunity to appreciate all their employees especially Levis who’s been in-charge of taking care of the building’s public areas. Levis is very generous, respectful and always smiling while working. He definitely brings value to the Goodwill of LIV apartment. He deserves appreciation. Keep the good work. Cheers..

The Liv is a great place for short or medium term accommodations. Stayed here nearly two months and had a much better rate than a hotel. Concierge staff are friendly and helpful. The same goes with residents, which seem to be a good mixture of students, young professionals, families, seniors, and short term-ers. Fully furnished rooms, fast WiFi, and clean modern kitchens and bathrooms. The penthouse gyms have the perfect amount of equipment and are kept clean by residents and staff. Both gyms have great views of Ottawa. The Mingle room is perfect for kids to hang out in while at the gym. Also great views of Ottawa. Location is mostly convenient to downtown if a 15-20 walk zigzagging through quiet Centretown streets doesn't bother you. I'd definitely stay here again if I need short-medium term accommodations in Ottawa.
