I was recently trying to find a place to live for the new school year, I found this place on the web and had a pleasure in meeting Shannon Jackson, who in turn showed me all around the place. Her knowledge of the surrounding area and able to answer questions made me feel welcome. The place is located downtown Hamilton with wonderful amenities, i recommend checking this place out if you are looking for a place to live. And i recommend the tour with Shannon. -Julia

I had such a great experience touring 100 Main for the first time, thanks to Tasmia. The building and apartment were even better than I expected. The welcoming space and positive vibe convinced me that 100 Main is where I want to move. Tasmia was super helpful and had a fantastic energy that made the tour enjoyable. Thank you Tasmia for awesome tour here. We were quite please and happy. The penthouse was everything and the scenery, jaw dropping. We decided due to no balcony, we chose Pier Towers instead. Will recommend to anyone looking for a place and thank you again!

When I was younger this building was the place to live in Hamilton. As I grew up it became not so prestigious and wasn’t that nice. I heard over the last few years that the building had been purchased and that it was professionally managed as well as renovated. I was completely surprised when I came to look for a rental. The apartments are all well maintained and professionally done. I’ve looked at other buildings and they slap white paint on everything (including electrical sockets) and call it renovated. 100 Main is not like that. Speaking of management, Lisa the manager was excellent to work with. She was so helpful as she showed me apartment after apartment. She was always so busy with all that she does but still found the time to help me with my questions and concerns in a timely fashion. She figured out what I was looking for in an apartment and found me the perfect unit. She helped me get all my documents in order and set up to move in. She is top notch. All in all my experience with 100 Main has been excellent and if you are looking for a place to live, I would highly recommend 100 Main.
