If you’re looking for peace and tranquility this neighborhood is for you. It’s within the city but quiet. A nice little escape from the busy life. Apartment units are spacious. The neighbourhood feels very safe and has a playground and outdoor pool for kids as well as a gym. The property management team is also very friendly and easy to work with. Had a lovely tour by Cassandra and she helped us so much and went above and beyond to help us understand how the market works here in Ontario as we just recently relocated from Alberta.

I went in for a viewing today and the leasing agent whom I met was Cassandra. She was very patient with all my questions and walked me through the whole process diligently. Cassandra the agent that we dealth with was very friendly,attentive and helped us find the best unit that fit our needs as a family. She helped us with everything including the papework.when we thought we would not find a place due to the rental market. Our unit was nice and clean upon move in. These buildings are also located in a great family/friendly location. Lots of paths around lake aquataine,a few minutes walk to meadowvale community centre which has a community pool as well as splash pad. I also love how we have access to an outdoor swimming pool in the summer.

We are a small family with 2 kids. We moved into CLV Lakeshore apartments in the spring of 2022 . We chose the CLV Lakeshore for so many reasons. We were living in Ottawa at CLV Forestridge very happily. The apartments are renovated, the neighbors are very nice, and the neighborhood is conveniently located near shopping, a recreation centre/ library, and Lake Aquitaine. We have struggled towards the first few weeks of our lease, but the management made sure we got all what we want. What really set our experience apart at Lakeshore is Harrison, Rita and Jacek. When we were in the process of applying the sales agent was friendly and but weak on communication. Again Harrison bridged the gap and tried tirelessly to make us more welcome.
