Recently rented a one-bedroom unit. The unit was newly renovated with brand new appliances. In-unit washer and dryer was the bonus, which had me make the final decision to move in. Also glad to know it's soundproof - can hear a neighbour playing music standing in the corridor but nearly no noise at all in the unit. The team was efficient to repond to everything from showing, moving me in, to answering questions on various matters. Espcially the community leasing agent, Cassandra, was very professional, helpful and efficient. The only disadvantage here is no on-floor gabage room, so I have to bring gabage downstairs, but not a big issue.

I'm very happy with my apartment here. The new ownership (CLV) has put in a lot of work fixing the place up. Anytime I've had an issue with my apartment Adam and Johnny do a great job, they respond quickly and are super friendly.
