I'm an eager parent who were helping my son and two other fellow students at Western University to find their "new home" after their first year on campus. They visited 939 Western and like the property, the location, and the price. The group of 3 were on the waiting list and we were excited to receive the email offer. When coming to completing the applications, Charley-Jane has been extremely patient and helpful in explaining and helping with reminders, an extension and workaround fixing incorrect email address issue. Eventually we completed the application before the extended deadline and now it's confirmed that our students are getting the unit. My partner and I just moved out after four years in our apartment at 939 Western Rd as we are moving out of London, and overall had a very positive experience. The location of this apartment complex is superb for Western students. These buildings are old, so maintenance is an ongoing thing, however, we never had any issues getting things fixed and/or replaced in a timely manner. There is also a 24/7 emergency maintenance line available that was handy after-hours. The staff here were fantastic, especially our community leasing agents Lexi and Charley, our main housekeeper Patricia, and our other maintenance staff. The property is well-kept and we enjoyed the picnic tables and green-space outside. We never had any concerns with other tenants and often utilized the common areas (e.g. fitness room, lounge) in the building!
