Charley-Jane O’Brien was absolutely lovely throughout the process of viewing the apartment and signing the lease. She was responsive to questions, patient, and polite.

Harmon was very helpful. She facilitated a video viewing of the apartment (I live outside London presently) and her answers to questions were informative. She was helpful in walking me through the application process as well.

Jene is absolutely amazing at keeping the common areas of our apartment building spotless. Always has a smile on her face and will take the time to ask me how my day is going and if there's anything I see that needs to be taken care of. She's a joy to cross paths with. My husband and I just moved in to our unit and we are already very impressed with the quality of service we’ve received so far! Harmon has been extremely helpful in all regards, from first asking us what we were looking for in a home, to showing us the unit/s they thought best suited us, to completing our application and making sure our move in was smooth. Any concerns we have had so far have been addressed in a timely manner. We requested a small repair which was done immediately. So far Harmon has represented the company in a professional, transparent, and compassionate way that made us feel like they genuinely cared about us, and not just trying to rent the unit out as quickly as possible.
