Lived here for almost 2 years and I had a comfortable time in my renovated unit. Faced occasional laundry issues which was not ideal but Charles, the building manager, was always approachable and was very accommodating, responsive, and helpful for all situations. It was a pleasure to get to know him over the months (and his dog!)

I had a very positive experience with the leasing agent. I had put in a request on the website for virtual viewing and Marisa Stefanelli reached out to me immediately to book the appointment. She was kind enough to answer all my questions and arrange 4 viewing in 2 different buildings on the same day, saving me so much time. Overall a great experience.

Moved in a week ago, and I am glad that I rent this apartment. I made the leasing online with assistance from Marisa Stefaneli. Honestly, this was my first time looking for an apartment virtually, which made me feel a bit nervous. But Marisa made this process easy and transparent. When I moved in, I find everything is exactly the way it is advertised. I went through the move-in with a little disruption. My card for entrance wasn't activated when I moved in, and wasn't ready until last week. But the building manager Charles helped me over it, and give me much help during my move-in. I really appreciate it. The flat is bright, clean, with very good ventilation. When one of my friend came over, she even thought this is a totally new apartment that has never been rented out. The public areas are clean and tidy as well. I can see the effort the staff (and I guess it is mostly Charles who spends much time taking care of it) have been making, in order to keep this building pleasant to live in.

The newly renovated apartments are beautiful and well equipped with amenities and fantastic views. In our search for the perfect apartment, leasing agent Marisa Stefanelli went above and beyond for us and gave us a memorable and fantastic tour of the apartment and local area. We could not be happier with our place and Marisa made the whole process so much easier! She was professional and a joy to work with. So happy with our choice!
