A Great Employee Who Goes Above and Beyond – Marcello is a Gem! I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Marcello, who works in maintenance at our building. He truly stands out as an exceptional employee. Marcello is not only incredibly polite and friendly, but he also does an amazing job keeping our building spotless. The common areas always look immaculate, and I especially appreciate that he goes the extra mile to make sure the floors are not just cleaned but also dried for safety. Living in a pet-friendly building, it’s so refreshing to see how kind Marcello is to all the dogs here. He greets them with a smile and even gives them treats, which just shows how much he cares about the residents, both human and furry. We’re really grateful to have Marcello as part of our building’s team. He makes the space feel welcoming and well-cared for, and it's clear he takes great pride in his work. We rented a flat here in March 2024, and despite some initial disappointments with the unit itself, overall, our stay has been very satisfactory. The renting and contract process was extremely smooth and easy, which was a huge deal for us. Huge thank you, Katerina, for your help and patience with us, and walking us through the process in a very helpful way (including showing us the unit twice before we made up our minds). Repair and maintenance have also been great and rising above expectations. Speedy and thorough repairs, and lots of help. In summary: This is a nice central location with good amenities, and VERY lovely and helpful people, even if the apartments themselves leave a bit to be desired.
