Adam went out of his way to facilitate access to the garage so that the Bell technician could restore my services.

Adam, our maintenance person, has always been so amazing! If there is ever a problem, he books it and comes right away! I don’t have to worry about my cat when Adam comes to fix things, it’s a total peace of mind. Today he came to fix my shower head and after doing that, noticed our door was difficult to open and so he tightened the hinges! Made it so much easier to open.
CLV is doing their best, the building has given them some challenges but they have made it a better living environment from the previous owner. Visually, the building looks completely different and I know they’re working to continue its improvement.

I am very pleased with the service when I call for assistance! When my fridge broke down, it was replaced quickly with a new one. Responses to my requests for repairs are prompt. Adam is very courteous, always willing to help and makes sure the job is completed to my satisfaction. Thank you!
