I truly enjoy living here! The people are friendly, and the building is well-maintained. While there are a few minor issues from time to time, the management is always quick to address and resolve them, which I really appreciate. A special shout-out to the maintenance team—Mariela, Danny, and everyone else—who consistently keep our environment clean and tidy. However, I’d like to remind some tenants to be more mindful when it comes to trash disposal. We have a dedicated maintenance team, but they are not responsible for cleaning up after you. Please follow the signs and dispose of your trash properly. For instance, it's not difficult to place your garbage in the bins outside instead of leaving it on the floor. Small items like tissues, empty bottles, or cups shouldn’t be left in the lobby. Let’s all do our part to keep our community clean and safe for everyone.

We had been looking for an apartment on and off for about a year when we were attracted to 2386 New Street. Our sales Rep Kim was very professional and friendly and showed us 2 renovated apartments. They had everything we needed and for 2 people are quite spacious. We were very impressed how clean and orderly the place is and the grounds are kept very nice and tidy. The staff are great and very helpful including Kim. Since we have been here quite a few improvements to the structure have taken place we are glad to have found such a nice apartment building.
