I recently moved to 102 Silvercreek Parkway, and I’m very happy with my experience so far. The apartment is in great condition, and the building is well-kept. I want to give special thanks to Greg from the rental team—he has been incredibly helpful with my move and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. We have just moved into our new place here and we want to leave a review for Bradley Poole. Bradley, who is a real estate co-op student, was incredibly helpful throughout our entire moving process. He was always polite and professional, making us feel at ease. Bradley's communication skills are great and he was always available to answer our questions and address any concerns we had. There was a hiccup in the process due to an admin error, but Bradley stepped in and handled it professionally. He kept us informed in every step of the way. It's clear that Bradley is great at his job, and I have no doubt he will achieve a lot in his career. We are very grateful for his assistance and highly recommend him.

Nice place to be. Friendly staff. The maintenance guy Gerard is wonderful. Always polite and respectful, willing to help. He's always fixed things and gotten things done as soon as he can. And Thelma is a Fantastic cleaner. Bright and bubbly, she's a breath of fresh air in the buildings. Both of them are a dream to engage with. Thanks guys :))

The experience is great. Has a nice basketball court and a small place to relax.. There is a small change i like to introduce, if there was a net that covers the side of the court it would be helpful because the ball might roll over to the parking space and hit the car, so to reduce the damage it would be much helpful.. Other than that it is a great place. The employees working here are so friendly and they are a great help to all in keeping everything in order.
