This is a really lovely building and everyone has been so welcoming. Shayan has been awesome with handling our move in! The maintenance guy is really nice and helps us with our concerns. He helped fix the fridge and is quick to address our window problem. But unfortunately, since me and my boyfriend moved in, there has been lack of communication from Inter rent. I have emailed my concerns and questions about our move in, but our emails still remain unanswered. I also received a call from a woman who works for Inter Rent about my buzzer and was told it wasn't possible to add two people onto the intercom. I was told that my requests came off as demanding. The issue isn't that this couldn't be resolved but the lack of communication and then being called demanding for requesting a response or resolution. Everyone who works in my building is really friendly, but anytime I have to call or get a call from the Inter Rent phone number I'm very disappointed in the level of customer service.

I've been living here for almost 4 years. The buildings and grounds are always kept clean and tidy. I recently lost my wallet.One of the workers who takes care of the complex found it and was able to return it to me. Very appreciative!

I been living here since Feb 2022, and my family and I absolutely love it here!! It's super close to everything! And all the CLV workers are amazing!! And if anything breaks or needs fixing, it's usually fixed with in 24hr. If you're looking for a place to live this is the place!
