I moved to 6950 Fielding Ave on March 15, 2024. Everything about the place is wonderful. The concierge is amazing, all the staff have been friendly and very helpful and the residents are really friendly and great! If you are looking for a super place right next to a park and conveniently located to shops and buses, this is your place!

Marc has been extremely helpful form day one. He has been a great help every step of the process. From initial tour to signing the lease. He has made himself available at all times in order to answer any questions I had. Even going out of his way to do so after what I assume are his work hours. I probably wasn't the easiest client to deal with, but Marc remained patient throughout the process and made sure all my requirements needed to sign the lease were met prior signing it which I wholeheartedly appreciate. Even after signing the lease and moving in, he continues to answer any questions I may have about the unit or building in general. I can't say enough good things, I highly recommend.
