Just toured 57 Bayswater with Ashley E and had my parents with me as well. She answered all our questions with a positive and patient attitude. She was very knowledgeable not just on the unit we were looking at but also other ones in the building. Would happily tour with Ashley again.

I moved into this building during the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. CLV employee Brooke K.S. was so helpful and made sure I had everything I needed to move in while remaining physically distanced. A month later, I am really happy with the maintenance, level of cleanliness and all amenities in the building. The neighbours are lovely and everyone is really cooperative about not crowding elevators, waiting in spaced out lines for the laundry room, and just generally being friendly while staying safe and apart. This location is lovely and the views are breathtaking.

I settled on 57 Bayswater after considering numerous other apartments in the area. The location is hard to beat - very close to the Transitway and O-Train line, a short walk to lots of restaurants and shops in Hintonburg and Little Italy, and the building itself is on a quieter residential street. The units have been recently renovated and are quite nice. Building amenities are good, with 24 hr emergency service, a fitness centre, and rooftop patio. My experience during the application process was very favourable. Nick Lussier from CLV Group was my point of contact and he did a great job of showing me around the building and answering any and all questions I had. My thanks to Nick and the rest of CLV Group for their prompt email responses and for their accommodation when I applied. I'm quite satisfied with my new place and I can recommend it highly.

We moved into this location in September and have a lovely unit that was recently renovated. Thanks very much to the wonderful and dedicated maintenance/operations staff who worked hard to make all of the necessary repairs and complete the finishing details that make our apartment look polished and feel like home. The team was very responsive, attentive to detail and respectful of our space. Thanks to Dave H., Dave G., Corey and Ryan for all of your hard work.
