As we are newcomer, we had stressful days searching apartment and staying at the hotels. Finally when we found this place, everything went fast and smoothly. We settled after a few days. This is the 3rd month already and we re very satisfied about the apartment, common areas(we love the place called FOYER at 12th floor with fantastic view of the river and city), events(yoga) they organize. Especially friendly staff, first one Morgan which we get our first tour at site and finished to paperwork to move in. Then Anthony, Gino always welcomed us and felt like we re at our home country. And Muhammed is there when you need something to fix at the apartment. I highly recommend this place specially for newcomers, not much procedures, references etc. All utilities included in rental. Indoor outdoor garage available for your cars. We plan to spend worry free winter, no need to snow removal etc. ohh best thing this place is pet friendly. We did not bring our dog as we didn’t expect to find such place so easy, we re going to bring it soon for sure…

We are new tenants in this building. We had an issue with the dishwasher. Thanks to Mohammad, He came and solve it so fast. He is very nice and attentive🙏🙏

This place is amazing to live!!! Always clean, great commun area, and the best of this place is the administration. They are always available, and organizing activities for the residents. During a power outage, Morgan bought pizza for all the residents, a much appreciated gesture from him and the administration. Thank you for everything

I am very satisfied with my experience in this building. The service provided by Mohammed is exceptional, always professional and attentive to our needs. Nicolas is also very helpful and responsive, making our daily lives much more pleasant. Additionally, the building is always clean and well-maintained, which is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality housing.

Just moved in, and I LOVE this building. Its a beautiful place, clean, organized and everyone is helpful and friendly. The two employees who took care of me, Morgan and Anthony, are wonderful. Always ready and willing to help, answer any questions and they are always smiling. It is such a pleasure to see them, and be greeted with a warm welcome. Thankyou for this excellent experience.
