Karolina Zlotska did such a great job showing homes and answering to all our questions. She was patient, responsive, respectful, and she listened to us in the smallest details. She helped us getting a great deal also which was going to be just perfect to start our new journey in a new home. We couldn’t rent this time because of personal reasons, but one day in a near future I am sure she will find us another great home as the one we saw this time. I also had the experience of calling the help centre and they were super friendly and helpful either. So far I can only share good feelings about the staff of this company. Jerick from the maintenance team was great help. There was an issue with some work done by a contractor and he quickly came in and resolved it. He even greeted my dogs which put them at ease with having a visitor.
